This is to ensure families\u2019 basic needs are met while they are residing in shelter and upon their exit from our facility.<\/p>\n<p>Second, all proceeds from Hope\u2019s Closet are used to support New Life Center\u2019s shelter operations.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"hopes-history\">History of Hope&#8217;s Closet<\/h2>\n<p>Hope\u2019s Closet started in the early 90s, when the community brought in so many donations of in-kind goods that New Life Center needed an additional space for the storage and sorting of donated items.
